These items only have faster processing times, as far a carrier shipping speeds, that is determined by the shipping speed selected at checkout.

CUSTOM NAMEPLATES & PHOTO PENDANTS

Please allow between 3 weeks and up to 5 weeks for your order to be made and delivered. If you have ordered a non custom item with your custom all of your items will ship once your custom item is complete.

If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. Please view our full return policy here. Please note that holiday purchases do have a extended return period.
