Here at Her Golden Muse we understand that jewelry is a personal investment, and we want to make sure everything is perfect for our valued customers. If you're not totally obsessed with your Her Golden Muse purchase, you may return it for a store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
- All personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.
Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed
