Processing Times
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry pieces are made specially for you and may take up to 3 weeks to process. Please note that weekends are excluded from this processing time.
Non-Custom Jewelry
Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may ship the same day or within 1–2 business days, depending on order volume and availability.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Order Changes
For custom orders, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes to your order.
